Radon Resistant New Construction

RRNC, or radon resistant new construction is a method of protection from radon gas at the time your home or building is constructed. We will design a location and system that will possibly eliminate the radon gas from your property naturally, with out any mechanical means. This is most commonly done by locating an exhaust pipe from the basement to the roof inside the house in a favorable location, with design factors such as slab substrate material accounting for square footage.

This system most often is designed with an outlet in the attic so that a fan may be added later if the system needs a mechanical assist. 

An RRNC system build into a new property is about half the cost of a retro installed system.
