Constant Monitoring Service Included:
At CARDINALBAMA LLC our mitigation systems come with an ecoqube monitor as part of our service to your home or business.
This monitor allows us to constantly observe radon levels in the building and alert you, or make any changes that may be required.
The fan and materials have a 1 year warranty also standard with a mitigation installation.
Annual renewal is $200, but here is the difference. The Ecocube is NRPP approved and recognized as a CRM. As such, it must be replaced biannually to maintain calibration. As long as you maintain your warranty, we replace the unit at no cost to you.
We feel this is a fabulous warranty, as just the labor to replace a fan is $300-$400. Even if the fan itself is warranted by the manufacturer.
